Is the BMW 645Ci a good car?
The 6ers are reasonably reliable for a $80K car (new) but it’s a bit of a lottery. Some cars have zero issues and others can need multiple $3K repairs in a single year. If you don’t have semi-decent cash egg tucked away or a good cash flow for emergency repairs I would not recommend picking up an out-of-warranty 6er.
